Where can I buy Just Gorgeous jewellery?
The Just Gorgeous Retro Collection and Kiwiana Collection are available through a small number of
quality retail galleries. Retro Collection Kiwiana Collection. The Kiwiana Collection is also available for
purchase on this website. The Retro Collection is only available through our select stockists.

Is all your jewellery available for purchase through your website?
No. The Retro Collection is only available at our select stockists. The Kiwiana collection is available for purchase online, including some original styles not available in stores.

Are your website prices the same as your stockist’s prices?
The prices should be the same. I suggest a Recommended Retail Price to stockists which is the same
as the prices on this website. Our online shop is a convenience to New Zealanders living in remote
parts of New Zealand who are unable to visit one of our select stockists, or for use where a select
stockist does not have a style you have seen online (although you can always ask that they order it
from us for you.) Of course, with online shopping, there will be a courier charge for delivery.

What is the jewellery made of?
The metal used in making the jewellery is a nickel free alloy, which means that it does not contain
lead which may affect sensitive skin. We use a 2 micron plating, which is designed to last for 2 years
of wear appropriate to fashion jewellery. The 2 micron plating is used on pieces available from our
stockists, and pieces available online (except for some original Kiwiana Range styles that are only
available online - the plating will be detailed in the product description).

Do you make the jewellery yourself?
I wish I could make all the jewellery myself, but then it would be too expensive.
I design my Just Gorgeous jewellery at my Hunua workshop, here in New Zealand. I then travel
overseas to visit the factory whose workers hand make my pieces so I can supervise production
and maintain the quality - this is how I keep the prices affordable for you.

I’m buying a gift. What packaging options are available?
When buying pieces from my Kiwiana range through this website, all my jewellery comes presented
in a white and grey Just Gorgeous organza pouch with the Just Gorgeous label, but without the price.
When buying from my Kiwiana range at one of our select stockists, you may also request the inclusion
of our description card which explains the New Zealand motif or flora used in the design. Our
presentation box is also available for purchase when buying from our select stockists.

Do you ship overseas?
No. We do not ship Just Gorgeous jewellery overseas. Sometimes we have ex-patriot New Zealanders
who want to purchase one of my Kiwiana designs. In this situation the customer arranges for the order
to be shipped to a friend or family member in New Zealand, who then forwards the package on to them.
