I’m buying a gift. What packaging options are available?


When buying Just Gorgeous necklaces, necklace and earring sets, bracelets, brooches and hairclips through this website, most jewellery comes presented in a white and grey Just Gorgeous organza pouch with Fiona’s design inspiration card being included with Kiwiana Collection pieces. The packaging is specified in the product description. Earrings, jewellery specials, and some pieces only available for purchase from this website  and pieces on special are presented in a pink and silver organza pouch. You may also purchase the Just Gorgeous
presentation box with your jewellery at an additional cost of $4.75.

 


Do you ship overseas?


Yes, we ship overseas for New Zealand customers. We can provide you with a shipping quote on request. Just email me using the Contact Fiona page with your order and overseas destination and we will provide you with a shipping quote for airmail or international courier, with or without insurance. Once you have advised which shipping quotation you wish to proceed with, we can make arrangements for Credit Card payment over the phone and send a copy of the receipt to you.


 

How can I pay?

 

There are two online credit card payment options. You may pay by directly entering your credit card details into the option at the BOTTOM right hand side of the PayPal link page. If you have a PayPal account, this option is at the top of the PayPal link page. New Zealand customers may also pay by bank transfer or posting a cheque (international bank transfers are very expensive for overseas customers and we do not accept overseas cheques due to the associated fees). All prices are charged in NZD, although prices are also quoted in AUD as an indication of conversion rate only.

 

When will I receive my purchases?

 

We cannot send your purchases until your payment has been received. Once your payment has been received, we will ship your purchases.

We pack and send orders within 72 hours, 5 days a week, so you receive your jewellery as soon as possible after your payment.

 

Within New Zealand : Our parcels are sent using FastWay Couriers. They aim for next day delivery for Metropolitan door to door within the North Island and 48 hour delivery to the South Island. It may be a little longer for rural delivery as this is often dependent on the rural postal contractor.

 

Overseas: According to your shipping preference, our overseas parcels are sent Airmail via New Zealand Post or International Courier (where available) with EMS. You will also need to select whether you wish to purchase insurance for your parcel.

 

 

How much will my shipping cost?

 

Within New Zealand: Our standard shipping rate within New Zealand to non-rural addresses is 5.00. For rural (RD) addresses within New Zealand, our standard shipping rate is $5.00 + $4.50 for rural delivery = $9.50. We can not send to PO boxes.


We will email you your tracking number when your parcel has been sent. You will be able to trace your parcel accessing the Fastway website track and trace option.

 

 

Will you keep my contact details confidential?

Your privacy is important to us. We do not and will not give out your information to others. We will keep your contact and postal details on file to make future orders easier for you, but will not keep your credit card details.

 

Can I return a piece if I don’t like it?

Our stockists don’t do exchanges and we do not either. It’s just not practical and can be abused by unscrupulous people.

 

Can I return a piece if it breaks?

Yes. If there is a problem with your jewellery within 3 months after purchase and it is clear that there is little “wear and tear”, we will replace it if the piece is still available, or offer you a refund if it is no longer available. Wear and tear includes scratches on metal and metal plating disappearing or changing, cords wearing through, and breakages due to pieces being dropped or mistreatment.  Please email me in the first instance with a photograph.

 

Just Gorgeous complies with the Consumer Goods Act and we replace faulty goods according to Consumer Guarantees Act.
