Do your prices include GST?
The prices of all our products are in NZD and
include GST. Our shipping costs also include GST.
How can I pay?
Your safest payment method is by credit card
or Visa debit card via the PayPal online payment system, or you
can set up your own PayPal account. Whatever method you choose,
all your card details are kept confidential and secure. If you do
choose to set up your own PayPal account, you will find you will
be able to use it for online purchases with many other shopping
websites.
If you do not have a credit card or VISA debit card, please email me to make special arrangements to pay
via bank transfer or to send
a cheque.
When will I receive my purchases?
we cannot send your purchases until your payment
has been received. Once your payment has been received, I will ship
your purchases.
We pack and send orders within 48 hours, 5 days a week, so you receive
your jewellery as soon as possible after your payment.
Our parcels are sent using FastWay Couriers.
They aim for next day delivery for Metropolitan door to door within
the North Island and 48 hour delivery to the South Island.
How much will my shipping cost?
Our standard shipping rate to non-rural addresses
is $4.50, including GST. For rural addresses, our standard shipping
rate is $4.50 + $4.75 for rural delivery = $9.25.
We will email you your tracking number when your parcel has been
sent. You will be able to trace your parcel accessing the Fastway
website track and trace option.
Will you keep my contact details confidential?
Your privacy is important to me. We do not and
will not give out your information to others. We will keep your contact
and postal details on file to make future orders easier for you.
Can I return a piece if I don’t like it?
This is difficult I know. Our stockists don’t do
exchanges and I can’t either. It’s just not practical
and can be abused by unscrupulous people.
Can I return a piece if it breaks?
Yes. If there is a problem with your jewellery
within a short time after purchase and it is clear that there is
little “wear and tear”, we will replace it if the piece
is still available, or offer you a refund if it is no longer available. Please email me.
Just Gorgeous complies with the Consumer
Goods Act and we replace faulty goods according to Consumer
Guarantees Act.
